With 16 outstanding, diverse safari camps in five countries across southern Africa (Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe) we offer an authentic, adventurous safari and cultural experience aimed at everyone from nature enthusiasts, to young-at-heart travellers and families.
We aim to tread lightly – and all our camps are built accordingly. We operate with respect for our environment and our people. Nothing is more important to us than keeping those corners of Africa in which we are privileged to operate as wild and beautiful as they always have been. Except perhaps our guests and partners – because without them none of this would be possible. It’s essential that our guests have the opportunity to experience authentic Africa – and as much of it as possible – so all our camps are situated in key natural habitats and superb wildlife areas.
Wilderness Adventures camps are comprised mainly of thatch and canvas although a few are constructed of more permanent materials. The rooms are smaller and more rustic than Wilderness Safaris Classic Camps but extremely comfortable and form part of a larger camp than that of Wilderness Safaris.
